Imagine traveling to Florence, Italy and enjoy a month of what any artist would consider a dream. To have the opportunity to do nothing except was up ever morning to paint and draw only three blocks away from Florence's famed duomo.
For a month, that is exactly what I did. All thanks to my ala mater with an extra special mention to SACI. I was there during the summer of '97. But it was one of the best things I have done. It was just a great opportunity to see and experience a culture other than mine. Plus, see actual history before my eyes. Not to mention, really good pizza and unbelievable taste of gelato.
If you have ever considered expanding your education or want to live the art student ecperience abroad SACI would be a perfect place to look into.
