It has been a long time since I have written about the up and coming business. Honestly, there has been nothing to write. It has been the same thing over and over, prices too high, the space is no longer available, or something else to that nature.
Anyway, There is some news. We are looking into a building that is currently being constructed that will be available in November. Plus, there is one place that will be available in the very near future. and there is an opportunity for one business to move and grow and we would take their old location.
The building that is underconstruction is going to be a long wait, and is just that more waiting. The location that will become available is actually, an eviction and we are not convinced that the landlord will be as nice with us. And lastly, the third location still has a business in it, the real estate agent has to sell the current business that they should move.
Nothing is finalized and everything is still in the air. However, we have three leads that we didn't have a week ago.
