I mentioned the business that needs to move so we can take their old location.
Actually, they are eyeing a currently vacant location, however they only want it for the werehouse. We are only interested in the storefront. The landlord won't slpit the vacant space for us unless the other business agrees to take the werehouse. (I am guessing they are interested but they still need to think about it)
