It is offical. January 8th, my dad and I are headed to New York for the owners training. We bought our tickets today. Tomorrow we will sign the franchise papers. (I thought this was taken care of before, but I guess there are more papers to sign)
We haven't gotten offical word about the city permits and the exact cost, yet. However, the unoffical news is the cost will be under the amount we are willing to pay. At least, this is encouraging.
