We have seen the lease, we have requested changes to be made, like the type of business we are doing and fixing misspelled names along with a few other things. And we are still waiting.
The process of getting in contact and negoitating has been going on since August. Honestly, I am getting really tired of waiting. We would like to sign the lease this week. But, I have no idea why it is taking so long.
It does appear that the leasing agent is stalling and being stubborn. Personally, I don't care. I just want this lease signed and finished, so we will be able to move on to other things that need to be done before we open.
