It appears that dispite the over whelming growth and the appearance of empty storefronts. There is almost nothing available... Literally.
It is a little disheartening. However, it is not a lost cause. Right now, we have two possibilities and one miracle. Personally, we are hoping for the mircale. (hey, we might as well try for the best) Of course, it is not available in the truest meaning of the word, but things can change and there is a real possibility. The other two will take a little time. The first is a little smaller than we would like and the second is the perfect size but is not ready to be occupied.
On a side note, we also found out why no one was returning our calls. There was a conference in Las Vegas and the majority of real estate agents that we wanted to talk to were there. At least, we didn't give them our money before they left. Who knows what could have happened.
